Terms of Sale

By placing an order through our marketplace, you agree to the pricing, availability, and fulfillment terms provided at checkout. Products and services are fulfilled by trusted third-party vendors, including private chefs and local service providers, in partnership with Gilson Group. Pricing is subject to change based on seasonal availability, group size, or customization. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.


Alcohol Disclaimer

Any alcoholic beverages included in your order—such as wine, champagne, or spirits—are provided solely by licensed third-party vendors or private chef partners. Gilson Group does not hold a liquor license and is not involved in the sale, distribution, or service of alcohol. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to receive alcohol and must comply with all applicable laws. Responsibility for legal compliance lies solely with the guest and licensed provider.


Food Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

All meals and culinary offerings are prepared by independent chefs or third-party vendors. While many partners can accommodate dietary restrictions, Gilson Group is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary-related issues. Guests are responsible for notifying us or the vendor of any food allergies or dietary needs prior to placing an order.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marketplace Orders (e.g., meals, rentals, enhancements):

• Cancellations made one week or more prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within one week of check-in are non-refundable.

In-Residence Private Dining Services:

•Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled service date for a full refund.

• Cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled service are non-refundable due to advance preparation requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Gilson Group acts as a platform facilitator and is not the direct provider of services listed on the marketplace. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or incident arising from the use of services fulfilled by third-party vendors. Responsibility for the quality and execution of all services lies with the vendor or provider.


Indemnification

By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gilson Group, its affiliates, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities—including legal fees—arising from your use of the platform, participation in services, or violation of these terms.


Changes to Terms

Gilson Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
